The initial sample for my Patreon exclusive 2023 corset. A cincher in cotton bobbinet tulle with silk-cotton satin binding. Structured with flat steels and synthetic baleen bones in cotton twill tape channels. It is embellished with asymmetric silver toned French Leavers lace appliqué, with profuse hand beading. The beading includes silvered Czech glass spikes, iridescent faceted beads and seed beads.
Flaws:
Stitching is not to a retail standard, and the garment has been briefly worn at a photoshoot. Most noticeable flaw is that the seam allowance on two seams was clipped back internally a little too far, so a small sliver of bone is somewhat visible through the tulle (this does not affect the garment structurally, and is purely aesthetic).
Sizing:
A closed 23" waist, and around a 28" underbust and 30" hip. Best suited for a UK 10. Not a very curvy cut, but the bobbinet tulle does have some give.
