This website is operated by Karolina Laskowska ®. Any purchases made on this web site are governed by these terms and conditions at any given time. If you have ordered any goods after changes to these terms and conditions have been published, you will be bound by these changes. You should check prior to any order to ensure that you understand the exact terms and conditions applicable to your purchase.
When you make an order, you will receive an email to the email address provided to us confirming your order. This will indicate acceptance of the order. At this point the purchase contract will have been made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these terms and conditions.
Products supplied from this website are supplied by Karolina Laskowska, registered at 13 Summerfield Road, Ealing, London, W5 1ND.
All prices listed are in UK pounds. The prices of the goods will be as quoted on the website when you confirm your order (when you ‘checkout’) subject to inadvertent technical errors that we will not be liable for.
If you later amend your order, the prices charged will be those applicable to the items at the time that the amended order is confirmed. Please note that as promotions are offered for limited periods of time, subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer offered.
Prices of goods do not include any delivery charges.
Karolina Laskowska does not currently charge VAT. Prices are not inclusive of VAT and it is not deducted for non-EU purchases.
Orders of in-stock goods will normally be dispatched within five working days from receiving your order confirmation and payment. Made-to-order garments require up to 12 weeks turnaround time before dispatch.
UK orders have the following delivery charges:
Orders under £20: £2.50
Orders between £20-50: £4
Orders between £50-500: £8
Orders above £500: £25
International orders have the following delivery charges:
Orders up to £50: £8.50
Orders between £50-350: £15
Orders above £350: £35
Purchases are shipped using Royal Mail tracked and insured services for purchases up to £500 (UK) and £350 (international). Orders above this total value are sent using a fully insured and tracked courier, with services depending on your destination. Larger international orders may be split into multiple packages to ensure they are fully insured.
Normal postal lead times from dispatch are: UK destinations 1 day, Europe 3-5 days, most other areas 5-10 days (though please allow up to 21 days for delivery). You will be contacted by email should there be any delay.
Please note that in the event that in-stock and made-to-order goods have been purchased in the same order, the order will not be posted until the made-to-order goods have been completed. Additional postage may be arranged by contacting email@example.com
Returns and exchanges:
If upon receiving your order and are not completely satisfied, you may be entitled to either a full refund or exchange. Returns and refunds are accepted only on in-stock items. If you have purchased a style that has been made to order, a return cannot be accepted.
If you would like to arrange a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt, providing that the item is unworn and in perfect condition.
If an item is deemed to have been worn or damaged due to customer negligence it will be returned to the sender. When emailing us please state your order number, reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred. Once your email has been received you will be provided with a return address.
Please ensure that all returns are fully insured as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. For international returns, please ensure that customs documentation is filled in correctly indicating that the item is a return. Should the item have customs charges placed on it upon arrival to the UK, we will not be able to accept it and it will be returned to you.
If an exchange is requested for a size no longer in stock, you will be given an option of store credit or a refund. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on sale items but can offer store credit for returns. We currently do not cover return shipping costs - these must be borne by the customer in the instance of a return.
Returns cannot be accepted on made-to-order or bespoke garments so please ensure that you are certain of sizing and details before placing your order.
Cancellation of made-to-order or bespoke
Orders of made-to-order goods may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. After this time it may not be possible to refund this full amount. These situations will be judged by a case by case basis depending on the amount of work that has already been undertaken. Made-to-order and bespoke are not returnable under any circumstances.
Any bespoke orders that are cancelled prior to delivery will incur a charge of the full deposit originally paid.
If payment is late by over 30 days for an instalment on a bespoke item, we reserve the right to deem the order cancelled. Any instalments paid up to that point will not be refunded to cover the cost of work up to that point.
Care has been taken to ensure that descriptions and specifications of all products on this website are correct. Whilst colour representations are close, we cannot accept responsibility for colour variation caused by different browsers.
Customs & Duty
Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
