SAMPLE Odette Silk & Feather Corset - 22" Waist

A sample garment to test new patterns and techniques that has been used in several photoshoots.

A dramatic corset with a pointed bustline and elaborate embellishment. Crafted from golden silk/cotton blend satin with cotton bobbinet hips. The garment is structured with a mix of flat steel and synthetic baleen bones, and fastens at the rear with silver toned eyelets and cotton. 

The corset is embellished with multi-layered ecru and silver French lace appliqué, silk organza blossoms, Swarovski crystals, a beaded appliqué at the centre front, and ostrich feather fronds. 

This garment has some stitch flaws and is not stitched to a retail standard. It is a little crumpled from storage but could be gently refreshed with a steaming. 

The feather embellishment at the hips was applied with an experimental stitching technique and is shedding quite dramatically. This flaw is reflected in the price. Extra feather fronds will be provided if you wish to replace these yourself. Alternatively, these can be replaced with a more secure technique or removed entirely for an additional charge (please email for more details). 

Sizing:

22" waist, best suited for a natural waist of 26-27". The bustline closes at around 33" but will accomodate larger sizes with a 'push up' effect. The hips close at around 34", but the bobbinet has some give and can accomodate larger sizes too.
