Kimono Silk, Metallic French Lace & Bobbinet Tulle Underbust Corset - 21" Waist

An underbust corset with high hip and back cut., showcasing an exquisite vintage kimono silk at the centre panels: a woven floral pattern is overlaid with shades of ivory, soft pinks and blues, with a dramatic floral print. A glitter finish metallic overprint highlights the floral patterns. 

The body is made of a double layer of dark beige cotton bobbinet tulle, with cotton coutil lining at the centre front and back. A metallic French leavers lace, which has been overpainted in shades of green and pink over the original silver and gold, overlays the bobbinet panelling. The binding is hand finished platinum silk satin. The garment is structured with flat steel bones at the centre front and back, and synthetic baleen in other channels. The waist tape and channels are made of sturdy cotton twill. Gold toned eyelets and cotton lacing form the rear fastening. 

Sizing:

21" waist, best suited for a natural waist of 25-26".
