A cupped corset in bobbinet tulle and duchesse silk satin, overlaid with a fine French metallic lace. Hand dyed satin elastic forms decorative neckline strapping and 12 suspender straps, adjustable with gold plated components. The hips and ribcage are embellished with a mix of freehand silk ribbon embroidery and original 1910s ribbonwork motifs. The silk ribbons have been hand dyed and painted for an organic and variegated effect. The matching briefs have a silk lined gusset, plush elastic trims and have an antique ribbonwork motif at the hip.
Flaws:
No garment labels. The silk ribbon embroidery is not neatly finished on the garment interior. Briefly worn for a photoshoot, with the underwear washed immediately after.
Sizing:
20" closed waist best suited for a 24-27" natural waist. Cups best suited to a wide set 30C/32B or a shallow 30D/32C, with the underbust around 4.5" above the waistline. Closes with a 37" hip. Bobbinet is extremely flexible so this could also work for a slightly larger ribcage and hipline, or you may be able to cinch tighter than with other corset styles. The knickers are best suited to a UK 10.
