Arethusa French Lace & Silk Short Stays

This deliciously versatile top takes its inspiration from the stays of the late 18th century, updated for contemporary sensibilities. These short stays are cut to offer dramatic cleavage and stop around the natural waistline. A hand dyed, gold thread French lace is overlaid on silk duchesse satin, and luscious silk ties form decadent bows at the shoulders. The stays lace through the entire centre front and back with gold toned eyelets and black cotton lacing. The stays are structured with a mix of flat steel bones and synthetic baleen polymer bones. 

The stays come as standard without the silk ribbon embroidered roses, but this embellishment can be added for an additional charge in your choice of colour palette. Please contact us to discuss potential colour and placement options.
